Mandeep is a horrible manager who shuts down his subordinates and does not allow for questions or concerns to be addressed. He has a simple managerial mindset that it is his way and only his way. He doesn’t create or foster a work environment where employees feel empowered to speak up and share thoughts that will result in an improved organization. Essentially, he favors his staff to “quietly quit.”
