This narcissist is the worst boss. she single-handedly took down an entire nonprofit, made all the qualified staff quit, spent the majority of the money and left the clients without knowledgeable, confidence, social workers to guide them. The board does not care several staff members have gone to the Board of Directors to complain. She finally quit and I hope that she never works in nonprofit again. she has no knowledge of the subject matter and told the experience staff that she would be the subject matter expert. She ruined all of the relationships with partner agencies, and now that she is gone, they will all need to be rebuilt.

This woman completely ruined a non-profit. She somehow manipulated the board into overpaying her. She is a complete micromanaging control freak and a narcissist. She ruined all of the agencies partner relationships and her entire staff quit. She hired incompetent staff to replace the qualified staff that quit and left the clients of the dubin center in the lurch. She consistently lied to staff. remember, if her lips are moving she is lying.

lynne thorp is a micromanager. she is a narcissist and is a horrible leader. the only reason she still has a boss is because the board of directors doesn’t care. staff have gone to the board before. they do nothing. she is a tyrant.
