Luci, Is a very intelligent person but is lacking of social skills. At time she could be harsh and at time she could be lenient. She is not able to communicate with the employee directly to give feed back. She instead does lets the individual keep making mistakes. She tends to bully employees when they make a mistake and shuns them when they continue to make the mistake.
