Lisa plays favorites, talks about employees behind their backs, and makes snide comments about them. She talks down to lower level employees when she bothers to acknowledge them at all, and she ridicules them for how easy she thinks their job is, and how unimportant they are. If she likes you, you’re in a different category of treatment . If she doesn’t like someone, she doesn’t even bother to hide her feelings. She welcomes people quitting and regularly suggests getting rid of people. She has been in place for just short of a year, but she knows absolutely nothing about the product, makes jokes about it, and lacks knowledge in policy and procedures. She regularly disregards policy because she doesn’t know, and doesn’t care. She tells one employee one thing, and others another, and then lies about it. People are quitting because she doesn’t value them or respect them, nor does she pretend to. She has no integrity, she’s dishonest, and she’s cold.
