Narcissistic in every way possible. In her eyes, no one can do anything right. She is constantly running people away from this company. She talks down to everyone like they are children. Her training methods are subpar at best. She has been known to actually cuss at employees, yet has gotten away with doing it. She takes credit for ideas other employees submit. She is one the most nitpicking people I have ever seen in my life, and other employees would state this same sentiment. You cannot question any of her processes even if they make no sense and slow productivity down. It's her way only, no compromise whatsoever. Her track record with new employees is horrible. Most only last,at best, a week because her constant belittling and berating is unbearable. Higher management can be mostly to blame for this, because, despite many employee complaints about her ,they fall on deaf ears. People have gone to the warehouse manager, the VP of operations and also HR with no results. At the very least she should be forced to undergo sensitivity training and be held to a better standard, because she has garnered very little respect from warehouse employees. So with this said, her report card is an expected F.
