She’s a complete disaster in her current role. She’s in charge of HR, payroll, and benefits for Independent Pet Partners, which rubs pet stores under two different banners in several states. She doesn’t know what the laws are at the federal level or in states other than Minnesota (where she’s based out of). She’s engaged in criminal activity on behalf of the company (including multiple wrongful and illegal terminations, wage theft complaints, PTO complaints, NLRA violations, and OSHA violations) or has assisted other employees in them. How she remains employed I don’t know.
