Few red flags I want to address: - She tries extremely hard to fit in. - Gossips - A pathological liar - Mental Illness - Her “Westside” Trying to fit in: The reason I’m addressing this, usually this type of behaviour is noted with kids or even teens in finding a group or community to fit in. Now, with seeing a 30+ year old still emulating the same behaviour of a preteen is unusual and a bit concerning. The red flag about this is if things hit the fan, she will jump ship and go to whomever is considered the majority to fit in and stay relevant. Gossips: This is self explanatory. She will gossip about people outside of her workplace to even about her employers to other employers that works for her. Pathological liar: She lies a lot in avoiding in taking responsibility over her mistakes especially if the director (her boss) is present regarding for any short comings or even find somebody to be a scapegoat. Mental illness: This is not to criticise about someone who struggles about their mental illness but to shed light in how she will abuse and take advantage of her mental disability in the same manner how some people race hustle to guilt shame others in avoiding any type of accountability. According to Lisa, she has bi-polar disorder (not sure if type I or II). Either way, she has admitted by jokingly stating of using her mental disability in an inappropriate way at UTSA to avoiding any accountability for her actions and due to the fact of the negative perception it would have on a person if they tried to fire someone with a disability. It’s an inappropriate tactic used by Lisa, as it’s all a lie. She has been called out on this in the office already and have been to reported to HR. “Westside”: According to Lisa, she grew up in the “west side”, meaning she grew up on the west region of San Antonio. The west of San Antonio is known for its high crime rates due to the low average income of the residents who reside there. In other words there is a lot of poverty and possibly residents with no higher educational background or even high school dropouts. Lisa grew up there and possibly still lives there as she works in UTSA. Honestly, it’s just a horrible experience working for her. I don’t recommend at all for job seekers.
