This is the worst manager i have ever had the displeasure of working beside. And I've had many different jobs (including all kinds of retail and office work!) She is rude, power hungry, micromanaging and discouraging. She makes every employee in the store feel as if they must walk on eggshells whenever she is on site. We can't even converse with fellow employees for 60 seconds before she storms her way over to ask "what we are doing?" She's degrading, belittling, dismissive and just down right rude to work with. Nobody in our store can stand her. Even the other managers!!! To be frank, a day at work when she is off is absolute bliss. When she is on duty, everybody's mood is reflected. If she isn't making you angry then she is making you feel depressed and questioning why you stay working here. In contrast the GM of the same store is an absolute delight. Hopefully this "assistant" manager gets shipped off to another store soon.. or even better. FIRED. She's an abysmal disgrace of what a good manager should be. She's the exact opposite! :(
