Lin’s lack of action and follow through placed GRAIL in vulnerable positions. She supported and covered up harassment and discrimination. She would always says she had the biggest and most complex workload of all the People Partners (which is absolutely false) and that she was the only one who knew anything about HR or HR Strategy on the team. Yet she is the one that caused several serious, significant lawsuits against GRAIL. She constantly talks meanly about her peers and the business. She did not get along with many leaders in the organization and she could never produce anything.
