She is by far one of the worst managers you will have the unfortunate pleasure to work with. Although knowledgeable in certain areas, she has no direction and guidance useful to move ahead. Instead all you will be left with are constant accusations, data manipulation, and harassment to work on weekends. You will be left to work on useless projects and experiments with no room to grow. Career progression on her eyes is completely non existent. She has no experience in developing her reports nor has any history in actually promoting people either title or professionally. However, she will happily overwork and deliberately admonish your review (even if you do perfect work) to get a promotion for herself. Avoid working with her for your own sanity. Generally people end up in her team without a choice of their own. It's one hell of a blackhole!
