Dood is in over his head but his pride wont let him admit it. Makes boneheaded decisions like giving keys to the facility to the least trustworthy employee, or makes an employee customer service manager but the employee has no leadership ability. Stays home all day, and when he is woken up by employees has an awful attitude and acts as if we are giving him grief by asking him to do his job. While I worked there, the car wash did not do the one thing it was intended to do, clean cars. He was not interested in putting in the time and effort to make it functioning. Supposedly the owners got involved and got him to at minimum get the wash to actually wash cars. I feel bad for the owners.
