She's 2-faced and is a horrific communicator. She triangles her communication, including others unnecessarily which causes chaos. She never provides positive feedback to her team. Nothing is good enough for this woman. She is only out for herself and after she meets you, she will immediately start plotting against you with politics behind the scenes so she can stay in power and not be replaced. She talks poorly about her subordinates to upper managers and has no qualms to do so.
Then there's her bratty kids. She won't stfu about them. Soccer mom this and that. No one cares, nor does anyone have time to hear about her kids and husband. She's a total narcissist who doesn't care to get to know those she supervises and just talks about herself non-stop.
She's dishonest. She says whatever you think you want to hear and never follows through with anything. She will say she's there to stand up for her team, but behind the scenes she sucks up to management and undermines all your hard work.
She micromanages. I've never known anyone as extreme as this woman. Those who profess at first they don't micromanage, always wind up the biggest micromanagers. She micromanaged down to every minute you worked.
She created process upon process upon process to the point absolutely everything conflicted. She refused to include anyone who worked many of these jobs for input. She made things so bad that those she supervised were being screamed at by other managers and developers when people came together working on projects. She bossed around project managers, product owners, and whoever else lacked a manager with a spine who would put a stop to her control issues. To get 1 BRD document complete would take 4+ months because she bottlenecked everything with her processes. Ten people needed to grade the documents. You would then update the document 10 times, and then the client would finally see it and say everything was wrong so then you'd have to recreate it again, passing it back and forth to the client.
I read an article from the CIA about how to destroy an organization from the inside. She did everything in that article, successfully making everyone's job impossible to complete.
How did she get away with upper management not firing her for how she ruined efficiency? Sociopathic personality traits; confidence, plotting, lying, and just general narcissism. Upper management only notices confidence at Fiserv now, not the dysfunction these people leave in their wake.
