This manager is an Eastern European woman. She is liar and a cheat. She acts nice to your face but like most managers, she wants to control the situation. She goes behind your back and writes things to human resources. She can't control her emotions and gets emotional when confronted. If you are company don't hire her to manager your employees, if you are a average person don't talk to her she will drag your life down. In life we are defined by those who we associate with, if you associate with people such as Kristina, they will drag you down. I highly suggest that you don't even talk to her. She will go behind your back and just gossip. This needs to be known.
