He has been working within NEOM for about seven months. During this time he has made drastic changes to the economics department which are not in line with NEOM's vision. He preached and encouraged an open door policy and to challenge his policies, however two of the three people who have done so have been terminated without warning. He is childish and vindictive when he doesn't get his way. He has begun excluding people from important team meetings if they are off site. He also complains to and discusses personnel matters with his Executive Assistant who does not respect confidentiality. Overall he is extremely unpleasant to work with and for as he doesn't actually value anyone else's opinion other than his own as is evidenced by the way he responds to open debate and discussion when people disagree with his views.
