Mixed bag. On one hand they are incredibly composed and always have clear plan of action for projects. They are knowledgeable about industry and have helped our department achieve some impressive results. However, their assertive nature can be overwhelming at times. They have a tendency to dominate discussions and can be dismissive of other opinions. This can lead to a lack of collaboration and innovation, as employees may feel discouraged from sharing own ideals. Overall, I appreciate my boss's competence and expertise, but I wish they would be more open to feedback and collaboration with their team. Their overly assertive nature can sometimes create a tense work environment, but I believe there is potential for them to improve their leadership style and create a more positive workplace.

Very rude - repeatedly talks over people. Comes across as quite angry and is not in any way personable. Her bad moods have a tendency to lower team morale. Favours some team members over others for seemingly arbitrary reasons. Doesn’t apply salaries/pay rises consistently among team members. Seems grumpy snd spiteful.
