Kimbrea is hands-down the absolute worst leader and supervisor I have ever had. She is sneaky, self-centered, manipulative, and self-righteous. I honestly cannot believe that a vile woman who prides herself in “re-careering” (firing) people, a woman who will tell other employees to make an individual so uncomfortable they want to quit, laughs at then disputes ADA requests is a Chief Strategy and Innovations Officer in a social services related position. She has destroyed the confidence of so many women, she is a work place bully, gossip, and encourages hostile work environments. Her resume is indicative of her succubus nature. She goes from University to University to Organization destroying morale, enrollment, while driving staff and employees away. She is as VP of enrollment for one University that closed under her leadership, one that could only be saved by the early release of Alumnus donations and God knows what happened everywhere else as she hops from place to place. Like a true narcissist is an excellent interviewer saying all the right things, but like the imposter she is, Kimbrea can never keep up the facade. Her work speaks for itself, her employees turnover and her love of seeing others “re-careered” eventually catches up to her. Then she’s off to make others miserable, get nothing truly accomplished (you can find a plethora of videos of her speaking about the exciting initiatives that are never truly sustainable… but she gets to make a video of herself). She is a fraud, with an ugly soul.
