Deep down this manager has good intentions and is very knowledgeable. Unfortunately she does not have the social expertise to lead a team due to micromanaging (lacks trust and confidence in employees). She also lacks empathy. It is hard to read her expression as she does not smile nor does she give praise. It is unfortunate as this team has great potential and knowledge. She can greatly improve her management if she allowed herself to be more approachable, learn how to communicate her needs properly and be more trusting but due to recent occurrences I believe trust is beyond repair. She would be better suited in a role where she only needed to focus on 1-2 projects and oversaw less than 15 employees.
