Kendall was the worst boss ever!!! At first she seemed like a great person. But from the very start things didn't seem right. For the first 2 weeks I had nothing to do. She didn't even check in with me to touch base. Then when she started to actually train, that was mediocre at best. She doesn't give straight answers and when she gets frustrated she says to look at the training material. What material? Oh the material I had to make because it wasn't there. And the numerous times she asked agreesively why I processed a report a specific way. Because you told me to. So then she would stop messaging or resounding to me. And her silence is golden. If I had a nickel for every time she was didn't respond or she was wrong in her responses, I would be a millionaire. Had to go to other departments to outsource my answers. Her responses were not consistent. She changed her answers daily. It was to whatever was best for the situation. She is a complete flake. No one on her team likes or respects her. How can they? She is unreliable, unresponsive, and has zero integrity in herself.
