Not great at listening or knowing how to have a professional or adult conversation. Not able to separate emotions to resolve simple issues within the workplace. Poor management and blows situations out of proportion. He will be nice at first but does not like to be spoken to in a direct manner and will often displace his anger if something else is bothering him outside of the workplace. Likes to talk the talk.
