Kathryn is a bully who has had a number of affairs with other married leaders in the company. It is sad that so many people are unfaithful. Kathryn goes from affair to another and engages in sexual activity at the office and other work events. Kathryn does not seem to be experienced in HR as she adds no value. She only backs what the leaders say, and it’s usually the most ineffective thing to do.

Kathryn struggles to understand how to do things differently and learn about more progressive practices that have research data supporting the benefits. She becomes paralyzed in status quo because she cannot effectively problem solve and lacks creativity and knowledge to design effective interventions. She makes fun of and spreads rumors about the people she works with and has unprofessional contact and relationships. People are not comfortable around her.

Kathryn is a mean girl who flirts with and throws herself at men in the company. She does not know how to form and carry out a purposeful HR initiative to solve an issue or help the organization achieve its goals. She is mean and belittles coworkers.
