Karen Griffith Gordon comes across as a well spoken idiot. She is actually an attorney who does not know how to prepare a proper petition (even simple) in NY COUNTY SURROGATES COURT. I had the AUDACITY to correct an attorney she hired in that I spoke up about a deceased person of the decedent who was a beneficiary being under the incorrect section of the probate petition. Also this petition led to four other attorneys being hired to become appointed as fiduciary on behalf of BANK OF AMERICA. Prior to going to BOA I WAS WITH A LAW FIRM FOR OVER 12 years. The firm was BAKER & McKenzie. I could not have had a worse experience with KAREN GRIFFITH GORDON. She is a true example of what it means to be, not only a shitty “attorney” as she is not barred, but genuinely the absolute essence of being a really shitty person. Beware - and don’t go there (BOA.) the talent is, to say the least underwhelming (and that is being kind)y but the lack of leadership and honestly - the idiocy and epitome of why attorneys who do not practice law end up at banks.
