One of the worst people to work for. She’s a narcissist who actually laughs when employees quit because of her. This location has a hard time retaining staff because of her. She has berated her staff (which are mostly kids in high school and/or college aged students) in front of customers, and spends her shifts talking poorly about her immediate supervisor, the other managers, and the associates. Kaitlyn can never admit when she is wrong, instead she doubles down and will bully you into believing you’re the problem. Steer clear of this location! Kaitlyn Archer WILL make your life a living hell. What’s sad is, Old Navy is well aware of her behavior, yet they do nothing about it.
