Worst op manager I've ever met or worked for, has no clue, almost never shows up to his own scheduled meetings half the time... does not provide tools employees need instead uses same rusty tools and drill bits.... it's like ulling teeth to get this guy to approve vacation and sick times, he forgets to approve those alot of the time unless constantly reminded, he actually talks about the owner of the company, the hr, and other employees... called Shannon the VP a cheerleader at our store meeting, of course the vp doesn't know this obviously..... he belittled and downs employees... he hardly does his job and really doesn't deserve to hold his title, the company seemed great but cause of Justin Moses the Fayetteville north Carolina office will always struggle until they get thst guy out the door
