She chooses favorites and will turn them all against you and will have them start writing reports about you so that she can get you fired. Even if you were a good employee if she doesn’t like you, she will go out of her way to harm you. she will yell at you. She will scream at you and she will do things to get you in trouble in order to cover it up, she will not work. She’ll just sit in an office and not do anything. She won’t even try and help develop the employee as she has no ambition.
