Doesn't even try to show sympathy. Narcissistic to the max. Told an employee he couldn't mourn his recently deceased aunt because 2 employees were off and it didn't work for her, without even so much as a "sorry for your loss" or any form of condolences. Has to hire a second in command and tell everyone to ask them questions because she's so bad at communication. Also tells her staff the usual "communication is key" and "teamwork makes the dream work" corporate slop but doesn't even pretend to follow, if there's a problem she'll largely ignore it unless she can use it to berate and demean someone. The only thibg she is good at.
