Old school leader who may have been the leadership style large companies wanted in the 90's but is completely out of touch with today's leadership skills which require the ability to inspire and empower teams to set ambitious goals and the plans to achieve those goals. Leader is highly micro managerial and reactive worker whose my- way -or-the- highway tyrannical style is uninspiring and frankly a literal case study of office space and Bill Lumburg. At least Bill Lumburg has restraint. DO NOT RECOMMEND working for this person or anywhere on a team she is adjacently working with.
