A very closed minded person who uses the company to help his own ambitions for quick raises and promotions. Attacks people who are intellectually smarter on paper and in work placement. Attempts to foul and cheat the game as the game maker. Will undermine if it provides promotion or reduces his own risk and responsibility. Charter telecommunications fails to hire managers with ethics and perhaps should hire from religious colleges or fire all mangers at three years because they become self-centered and dirty.
