Jose is not a man of his word. He lied straight to his employees, telling them that everything was fine and nobody had to worry about their jobs, then 10 days later there's a layoff where 7 people were let go in the span of an hour without notice. He does not care about his employees and he is not fit to run a business. His employees are just numbers to him, and he'll exploit them every chance he gets and be absolutely appalled when they request to be treated otherwise. He is not fond of giving employees raises, he is not fond of hiring more people to take work load off of remaining employees, and he is not fond of paying money that he is obligated to pay both legally and morally. If you end up working for this man, fully expect to be back stabbed in the future.
