This man is an absolute micromanager and a nightmare to work with. He makes emotionally charged decisions rather than using facts and logic. Most decisions benefit only him, at the expense of anyone else. Whatever makes him look good to higher ups. He doesn’t care about people but thinks he has everyone fooled into believing he does. He is a sad, selfish individual and a poor leader. Unfit for his role. Steer clear.
