Where do I even start…. This man, while knowledgeable about the industry itself, doesn’t have a CLUE what goes on behind the scenes. The entire accounting department handles all of the front of house work and he is convinced they do nothing. They request new equipment because everything is falling apart? Back of house gets brand new parking spots. They request proper training for their roles and the equipment they use? Back of house gets promotions and raises. There is so much toxicity and in-fighting between different front of house groups. There are literal verbal sparring matches and he sits back and laughs. Not theoretically, LITERALLY LAUGHS. Like the sick bastard enjoys when his employees just hate their jobs and each other. Not to mention, he’s in the pocket of HR, who literally has zero HR experience and was in school when she was hired. She would never get involved or even try to mediate situations. There were multiple times where people were being racist, sexist, and making homophobic remarks to people around the office and after reporting it to HR, you were the one who got in trouble. Save yourself the headache, and cost of therapy appointments, and NEVER work with this trash of a man.
