Unrealistic expectations. Always accusatory, never asks employees for their side of a situation. Constant bullying by making threats of written warnings or having employment terminated. NEVER EVER utters a simple thank you for anything especially when tasks are completed, schedules made, patients tended to etc in an office that is it least 50 percent understaffed at all times. No benefits of any kind are provided and workers are grossly under paid market wages Has no clue of how much time and effort is required to complete each task. Always changing policies, expectations, goals, etc and then blames all staff if something isn't done or done a certain way. No respect or appreciation for staff and are valued less than toilet paper.
