This guy is the definition of toxic. The only thing he knows how to do is micro manage and eat. He will complain about having to do any kind of work and will always try to get others to do his work for him. He also doesn’t know how to do anything managerial. He will ask his employees how to submit access requests and how to open tickets for things. He will stalk you in the phone system and will call you out if nothing is done to his standards. He will also play favorites with the women that work under him while the others are made to pick up their slack. If I could give him a grade worse than an F I would.
