She’s emotionally immature, and never once did the HR team see her take the initiative, delegate, or lead any programs or her own people. She rarely took responsibility or accountability for her lack of communication and withholding information that bottlenecked processes and the team’s ability to serve the employees. She would blame other employees if one of her projects fell through or wasn’t executed properly. Most of us didn’t know how she lasted as long as she did or how she got her pants on in the morning. She got the job because she was a friend of one of the executives. She gossiped, excluded people from things, and didn’t echo leadership’s values or business goals.
