Jodi is the laziest, rudest, and dishonest lead in our department. Examples of her exemplary leadership include calling out Manila agents "dumb as snails", getting into a verbal fight with her husband in front of everyone at work, and even making fun of a colleague whose partner passed away. She cannot perform any difficult tasks or even those that require minimal level of analysis. When she travels to the fleet, the inventory managers are well-aware that they have to perform certain "favors" for her that have nothing to do with work.
