Jocelyn is the most toxic and unprofessional person you will find. She talks about and makes fun of the people on her team in a very mean spirited way. She prevents any kind of progress because she is isn’t knowledgeable on HR practices to modernize the department and organization. She does not know how to form or lead a strategy. She creates an atmosphere of fear and demeans and insults people. Everyone talks about how abusive and how unskilled she is.

Jocelyn Silvio leads by fear and intimidation. She tells you within 5 minutes of meeting that she immediately knew your personality type as soon as she saw you for the first time. And she’s is wrong, according to psychometric assessments. She thinks her experience is better than others and wants to be admired. She is narcissistic and it’s scary to see how she acts, thinks, and treats others.

Jocelyn is narrow minded, rigid, and negative to be around. Her judgement is compromised from unbalanced and unwarranted assumptions and bias. She is quite quick to make false assumptions based only on her internal bias and will never look to facts to verify or change her erroneous assumptions.
