During his interviews he may give an initial impression of a strong leader. His upward and downward communication is ineffective. Unable to follow the direction from his leaders, he will sacrifice integrity and policy to ensure a sale. Then will gaslight and punish his employees for going into a gray area at his direction. He does not work well with women, and will create his team around a boy's club. His rhetoric is annoyingly ineffective and collectively people think him to be a douche.
