Jennifer Fitzgerald of what was formerly TravelClick and now is Amadeus Hospitality was demoted from Inside Sales Manager to Account Manager Leader of the Core Team. Amadeus replaced her inside sales position with that of a manager we have now that actually knows how to run a sales organization. This was a demotion likely to her inefficiency to manage a sales organization. During her inside sales tenure our sales department lost more well trained people because of her. Core Teams is comprised of newly sold hotels with no knowledge about TravelClick solutions. Manager Expertise-As a manager she has zero people skills, as a leader she has no formal leadership skills training absolutely no formal hotel revenue management experience and has managed to lose 5 account managers since she joined our account management team in 2020. We have over 32 product solutions and she cannot login and demo not one of them. While she may understand inside hotel operations she has no working knowledge of applying any revenue management strategies nor working knowledge about how to optimize a property for peak performance. She is not product certified in any ihotelier solutions and is unable to complete very basic ihotelier tasks. Employee Development- She consistently cancels and re-schedules one on one meetings with her team members who have very little respect for a leader whom has no product knowledge. At this time she is unable to load or create a basic rate plan in a crs system. Her inefficiency to lead a team makes her a dangerous asset to any organization as she chases talent away from the company due to her trying to cover her ass by delegating all her work to someone else, clients have started to complain loudly in 2021 that she is not returning calls for clients she is responsible for and are searching for other provides to work with. She is unable to conduct home calls with clients as she tries to manage 2 toddlers while working and always appears on video meetings looking disheveled and dressed unprofessionally in men’s tank tops, her hair unmanaged and unprepared and rushed for meetings. She is severely under qualified in her current position,
