She seemed so friendly when she joined the activities team as manager. Not anymore. After a few months of working with her, I witnessed her DESTROY the company morale. Jazz worse than an inconsiderate disorganized mess. She is a seasoned gaslighter who will exploit anyone condition. she must have years of practice and experience.She has an uncontrollable temper. The activities team is not her only victim. Jazz and the executive director Lynne (a pathological liar) are joined at the hip, so she won’t have to leave anytime soon. Avita of Needham is a sinking ship, and they’re the two brains dragging it down to oblivion. I’m glad I left. I feel bad for the patients. They deserve better. Jazz is a bureaucratic bully with no moral compass. It’s only a matter of time before she starts causing emotional harm to the patients.
