Jason was very abusive and ungrateful as a boss. I was supposed to be working 40 h/wk and I was working 60-65 h/wk, and Jason was abusive because it wasn't 80 h/wk. Jason was made YE section head because he was a close personal friend of the branch manager, Kevin Wiederhold. Jason had no technical or people skills to justify his selection for the role. I and others complained to HR about Jason's abusive treatment. TI's HR department did not care about the mistreatment of employees until the one gay employee in the group also complained about abuse. After that, Jason was demoted from his management position back to engineer.
