Jason “works” remotely and goes missing for days and the area he supports is constantly reaching out to the greater HR team to do his work. This is when he is not on any kind of leave and is supposed to be working. He is not in scheduled meetings or talking to anyone in the business. He just goes missing and no one knows where he is. He will come back and act like nothing is wrong and will not provide any explanation on why he has been missing and non communicative for days. He is not on any kind of leave when this happens. His boss, Sabine van der Meulen, has a crush on him and lets him do it. She openly flirts with him and also touches him and others inappropriately. He also steals everyone else’s work and presents it as his own. That is even worse than him never showing up for work.

Jason is the classic manipulator and master of disguise. He gives a good line of bull to anyone outside his team, but bullies and steals the work for anyone in his team. He is always sharing other people’s work as his own, outright claiming it was his work. He lies. He goes missing for most of the day and no one can find him or knows where he is. He is not in meetings, either.
