Absolutely has no clue that people are motivated by positive reinforcement. Demanding, irritable and forgets what she tells you. Constantly contradicts herself. Told me the job was not overloaded with duties but it was that and more as there was no job description. Her idea of managing was to threaten or compare a person to someone else. If she had an issue she would not call a person to her office to find out the issue and work on improvement. Rather she stood in the middle of the office and berated a person in front of their co-worker. She would make angry faces at her desk, yell, and demand a person answer questions when one was doing another task. She would give information while one was working on something else and expect a person to remember what she said. Three people had this job in the space of a year.
