When I accepted my position employees & her own family members told me to be careful, she had the integrity of a cockroach & cared nothing about employees & renters. Her property in Saratoga Springs (Williamsburg Court) has numerous code violations & black mold in almost every bathroom & kitchen, the renters are terrified to complain as she has evicted any tenant who dares to bring issues to light. There are currently safety, fire & electrical violations that somehow the city doesn’t act upon & I wonder why. It’s an accident waiting to happen & the city needs to correct this cesspool. It’s extremely sad, the rents are cheaper than most but the conditions are clear violations at any price
