He is a complete fraud. Since he didn’t get a formal education, he tries to intimidate people by flexing his power because he’s got muscles and suffers from short man syndrome also known as the Napoleon complex, therefore tries to bully people around if it’s not his way it’s the wrong way he uses people intimidates people and is seriously challenged by anyone who is smarter than him, hopefully the new VP at Hearing Life will take care of the situation so that they stop losing quality talent … if he’s got you tagged as someone he wants to eliminate he’ll do everything in his power. He believes that people always have a bad intention instead of seeing that people come to work with the most positive intention and that’s because he doesn’t work and tries to make it out like other people aren’t working. It’s really a shame so many people have left the company because of him, but it just goes on and on this part of the club
