Employee Development should be an "F", but I gave a "D" because she will send favored employees to formal courses that happen to have some benefit to the employee, but intent is for her policies to be carried out. Plays the victim constantly. Will resort to crying to emphasize her sadness with someone's behavior or how frightened she is. Fails to recognize normal protocol of electric communication and resorts to reminding those who have been left of such communications that she is the XD and can contact anyone she feels like. Seriously like being in grade school again. If your future job is with this boss, prepare yourself for becoming one of her minions and don't be surprised when she selects others who seem to have a particularly friendly relationships with vice considering your skills or experience. Good luck to, choose wisely.

Honor is a classic horrible boss. She lacks the skills to gain the trust and respect of her employees and coworkers, so instead attempts to use good looks that she doesn't have. She claims the work of others as her own, failing to recognize those who contribute to the organization's success. Honor is so insecure that she must disparage everyone so she appears to be the shiniest object of the room. She leaves a wake of damage wherever she has worked, and her poor decisions have caused the government millions plus the loss of many talented personnel. She should never be allowed to lead anyone or anything.
