Hiten Shah is a self promoted SaaS entrepreneur. He has founded a number of products. While good at founding products he is a terrible person to work for. He sits upon a high stool looking down at anyone who he perceives to offer no value. He has provided a number of interviews where his disrespect for employees is clear. But then he is shocked when people leave. The turnover in his "companies" averages 30 people a year but yet he employs at most 15 at any given point. In short, if you work for Hiten Shah, the key to survival --- never question him. Do as you are told and ONLY what you are told.
