Discrimination is the underling threat in this organization, no employee development, Hilma only hires people from her past companies, people she can control and manipulate. individuals with experience and tenure are tossed aside by VP, she discriminates against African American employees providing them with no professional development, opportunity, and pays them less that a hire with little or no experience. How can this be fair?

Toxic workplace! Hilma Hernandez is a bully who uses her position to belittle and frighten employees. She is ready to make accusations over people as she looks to create a narrative. I was afraid for my job on a daily basis, as a member of the LGBQ community, I felt threatened daily by her behavior. Leadership either doesn't know about the real toxicity or they choose to ignore it. Hilma feels embolden to bully and intimidate corporate employees.
