Fogo de Chao Support Office is the most toxic work environment, it's a web of favoritism where employees are constantly minimized. The HR VP is a vicious person who only hires and promotes people she can control. She undermines and belittles employees and provides no opportunity for advancement unless you've worked for her in the past. Shockingly the Fogo executive team looks the other way and allows her to maintain this toxic work environment.
