I have known this individual since she was the educator for registry. There are not enough words to describe how vile this individual is. People who don’t know her say things “She is the same across the board” yet I know this to be what she tells people. She is a master at her craft, she is a liar through and through. The only person she cares about is herself. If she feels like you have made her look bad, or you may possibly see that she truly is incompetent as a leader, just as she was as a nurse, then be ready for the most venomous talk you have ever heard spewing from her mouth. You will never meet a more fake individual in your life. If you enjoy being miserable come work for her. You will here the same manipulative shit you always hear. Which is essentially you’re replaceable. However I think everyone in healthcare is realizing we are not. When I think of a “Karen” she’s the first person to pop in my head. Eventually everyone sees through the fake persona, just like when someone keeps putting paint on an old barn. The cracks show through. Avoid her at all costs.
