Always purely negative feedback - I would constantly be getting emails forwarded to management from Heather about how poorly I was doing but these were always vague goals with no real end and no progress marks or legitimate ways of achieving those goals
Was never allowed to put in any overtime that I worked or I would be reported to higher management and have a meeting about being “more efficient” in the time that I had in the day
Was the one to insist on having my cell number “for work emergencies”, and called me on my personal cell constantly to yell at me if she was having a bad day or had just dealt with a tough client
