This man is the most incompetent person I have ever worked for. He lacks integrity, honesty and authenticity. He puts his own interests first before any employee or the company itself. He is not qualified for the position he holds within the organization and only obtained the position as a result of being a childhood friend of the owner. He demonstrates classic narcissistic behavior while looking out only for himself while using those around him as scapegoats to any failures of his own. Good luck if you find yourself working for him. Prepare to kiss the ring blindly and don’t question anything. You will be relieved of duty should you attempt to pull back the curtain he hides behind.
